David Butler

David Butler is Co-Founder and Executive Director of WorkLife Consulting. A highly regarded Performance Coach, David blends his background as a professional actor and stage director with his extensive experience in personal and corporate transformation initiatives to forge a truly unique consulting value. Over three decades, David has earned his reputation as an authority in management consulting, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, teaming and communication skills development. His clients include multiple Fortune 100 companies.

David’s experience spans major industries such as healthcare, corporate aviation, manufacturing, telecommunications, insurance and power utilities. He has managed career development centers and created customized performance management programs for such clients as IBM, Pennsylvania Power & Light, United Technologies, SNET and Mobil Oil. His expertise in Individual Assessment, 360 Feedback and Competency-based Performance Systems have buttressed successful implementation of positive culture change projects in both domestic and international settings.

David frequently appears as a guest speaker on subjects related to motivation, personal development, leadership, and corporate transformation. His CV includes keynote and public speaking engagements at the Edison Electric Institute Conference, the NBAA Aviation Directors’ Roundtable, the NBAA Flight Attendant’s Conference and the United Technologies EH&S Global Conference.

Laura Butler

Laura Butler is Co-Founder and CEO of WorkLife Consulting.  Laura is an entrepreneur, public speaker and executive coach. As CEO of WorkLife Consulting, LLC, her intense determination is focused on guiding individuals, teams and organizations to impart purpose and direction in addressing the challenges of the 21stCentury. Her impactful presentation style and communication skills were developed early by observing and working with her father, who was the voice of NBC Nightly News for thirty years in New York City.

Laura’s experience in a variety of industries including Health Care, Marketing, Educational Enrichment and Customer Service creates a multifaceted perspective that gives her a unique ability to facilitate diverse populations in both large and small teams. She has an established reputation for providing outside-the-box, creative and inventive solutions to everyday struggles.

Laura and her team have created customized performance management programs, and provided executive coaching and team facilitation for both profit and non-profit clients such as Abbott Nutrition, Cardinal Health, IBM, Pennsylvania Power & Light, United Technologies, Medical Mutual, Prudential Insurance, NetJets, The Limited, Homeport, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Mobil Oil, Sony Music and The Ohio State University Department of Continuing Education, just to name a few. In addition, Laura is a previous President of the Ohio Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).

Laura is a certified consultant in the use of several leading-edge assessment technologies and the Integrated WorkLife Method, providing a comprehensive methodology for human understanding and organizational performance. She donates her time and is an avid supporter of several local and international organizations that promote women’s empowerment.  She frequently presents at conferences for WELD, Dress for Success and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) on a myriad of Personal Development and Performance Enhancement topics.
